  1. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to view and upload adult content in your jurisdiction.
    • By using ClipSins, you confirm that all content you upload features consenting adults (18+) and complies with all applicable laws.

  2. Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

  3. Content Uploads & Ownership

    • You may only upload content you own or have full legal rights to distribute.
    • All persons depicted in your uploads must be at least 18 years old at the time of filming, and you must have verifiable consent from all participants.
    • You retain ownership of your content, but by uploading, you grant ClipSins a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and distribute your content as part of the Service.

  4. Prohibited Content

    • Depicts minors (under 18) or individuals who appear to be minors.
    • Involves non-consensual acts, hidden cameras, revenge porn, or coercion.
    • Shows real-world violence, abuse, or bodily harm.
    • Depicts incest, bestiality, hate speech, or sexual exploitation.
    • Contains copyrighted material without permission.
    • Was obtained through hacking, theft, or deception.
    • Violates any local, national, or international law.

    Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal of content and/or termination of your account.

  5. Platform Features

    • Automatically analyze, cut, and tag adult videos into shareable clips.
    • Detect position changes, filter scenes, add watermarks, optimize for social media, and generate captions.
    • Create compilations, GIFs, and social-ready (9:16) clips.

    We do not guarantee that all features will be available at all times, and we may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

  6. User Responsibilities

    • You are solely responsible for the legality and compliance of your uploads.
    • You must not attempt to bypass moderation, tamper with uploads, or deceive the system.
    • You must not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

  7. Moderation & Enforcement

    • We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content at our discretion.
    • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or our Content Policy.
    • We cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

    • We are not responsible for user-generated content or any damages resulting from your use of the Service.

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipSins and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
